Data-handling summary
- Jira/Jira Service Management request data is accessed only as needed to provide supported request-editing functionality.
- Approved request changes and audit information are written inside Jira.
- Forge hosted key-value storage is used for project-level app configuration.
- Request contents and request before/after values are not stored in Forge KVS.
- No Shurivo-operated external runtime backend or external customer-data database is used.
